This partnership with AQARAT marks the debut of the IHG Hotels & Resorts brand in Kuwait, representing a significant milestone in UHM’s global expansion.
Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait: Luxury and Tranquility
The Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait, Vignette Collection, boasts 195 exquisitely decorated rooms and suites, providing an experience of tranquility and relaxation. The modern interiors are adorned with fabrics and textures inspired by the surrounding region, while the spacious terraces offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Amenities include a rooftop pool, private beach, fully equipped wellness center, and access to 15 restaurants within the Arabella complex, ensuring a holistic and unforgettable stay for guests.
Arabian Travel Market Announcement
The official presentation of this new hotel unit took place during the esteemed Arabian Travel Market, held in May in Dubai. UHM utilized this global platform to showcase its portfolio and to highlight its significant strategy for growth in the Asian market. Among the properties managed by UHM in the region are the Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Wyndham Residences the Palm, Movenpick JLT, and Riva Beach Club.
Regional Expansion
Greg O’Stean, CEO of UHM, emphasized the significance of this new management role: “We are thrilled to announce that United Hospitality Management will manage the Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait, the first hotel of IHG’s Vignette Collection in Kuwait. This is the second Vignette Collection hotel to be inaugurated in the Middle East, underscoring our commitment to regional expansion, with plans to add 20 more properties to our portfolio soon.”
