The Excellence Hub features a two-week program combining refresher training with multi-stage assessment for employees in F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.

Associates receive intensive instruction led by industry experts, focused on mastering the foundational elements of exceptional service: attention to detail, consistency, and precision in every guest interaction.
Immersive Practice & Evaluation
The Hub is equipped with specialized training labs that replicate real-life hotel scenarios. Participants engage in immersive practical sessions, followed by several assessment sessions integrated throughout the two weeks to evaluate the practical application of their knowledge and skills.
